FOOTBALL IS BACK! November 12, 1892, the day that the Allegheny Athletic Association football team defeated the Pittsburgh Athletic Club. At the time the game itself held no importance but one minor detail changed sports history forever. one specific player of the AAA, William (Pudge) Heffelfinger, was publicly paid $500 to play the game. 123 years later, business is still booming. The NFL season opener was last night, with the patriots fighting to hold on to their previously acquired super bowl XLIX title against the the steelers, my personal favorite team also the holders of the most Superbowl titles in NFL history. Football season, especially in the south, is a season about camaraderie, fellowship, and competition. 42 teams, 2 conferences, but only one Super Bowl champion at the end of it all. 2013 super bowl was the fourth straight super bowl to draw in 100 million viewers and producing well over 100 million dollars in revenue. Football being the most watched sport in america, It has a big impact on the lives of its viewers. Patrons everywhere have waited patiently for the arrival of football season and it is finally here. Over the course of the next few weeks I will be blogging about the outcome of games, scandals, and just general updates about the league as a whole. As most Americans I am no stranger when it comes to the game of american pro football, ever since I was a tot football has been apart of my life. It was the first sport I had ever learned to love. and, like I mentioned before, since the season is just opening up and the freshness of the sport is still hung in the air i feel like now is a great time blog about the impending season. Even though my team did not succeed last night, I still have love for the game in itself. And I intend to watch as many games as I could possibly catch. As the team's relentless fight for their title as the Super bowl L champions. This season, much like any season, always comes with new surprises new players new coaches, retired legends, team building, team breaking, trades, and anything else that would help make the NFL one thrown glass of wine from being a reality TV show. If you are not a football fan, IN encourage you to join the movement. You really haven't experienced high blood pressure until you’ve watched a great football game.

This blog will definitely become the trending topic because who doesn't love football? Tom Brady and the Pats are one of the greatest teams to ever do it. The organization as a whole is very talented.
